Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT: By using Bare Saunas services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Bare Saunas and its platform are not responsible for any adverse health events, injuries, or incidents that may occur during or after your use of sauna facilities.
• You are using sauna facilities at your own risk and should consult with a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions.
• All questions, concerns, and complaints regarding sauna equipment, facility conditions, or safety should be directed to the gym location where the sauna is located.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are healthy enough to use sauna facilities and to exit the sauna if you feel unwell.

Service Agreement

Bare Saunas provides a booking and payment platform for accessing sauna facilities at participating gym locations. We are not the owners or operators of these facilities.

Payment Terms

By using our service, you agree to pay for sauna time according to our pricing structure:

• Subscription plans with monthly minute allocations
• Pay-per-minute options (when available)
• Gifted minutes with 6-month expiration

Subscription minutes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Only gifted minutes roll over and remain valid for 6 months from the date gifted.

Gym Facility Responsibility

Each gym location maintains its own sauna facilities. For all facility-related matters, including:

• Equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Cleanliness or maintenance issues
• Temperature or operational concerns
• Emergency situations

House Rules

Each gym location may have specific house rules that you must follow when using their sauna facilities. Please review the rules for your location below.
